Eszter and Márk, at home on Santorini
We have lived on the island since 2014. We show you what we love ourselves: quiet bays, village wineries and the caldera rim, at your pace.
Our story
We came to Santorini for a summer job, Eszter at a winery and Márk on a sailing boat. At the end of the summer we did not book a flight home.
Since then Eszter has come to know the villages, the winemakers and the story of Akrotiri. Márk qualified as a skipper and now sails the Galini between the bays of the caldera.
We guide our tours in Hungarian and English. We keep groups small so there is time for everyone.

What matters to us
We plan fewer places into a day, so there is time everywhere to stop, swim and eat.
Your pace
Where you want to stay longer, we stay. Where one photo is enough, we move on.
Quiet bays and villages
Besides Oia we take you to bays and villages the big coaches never reach.
Local food
We show you where locals eat fava, which wine to taste and what to take home.
Safety on the water
We check the wind every morning. If it is not safe to sail, we do not go and we suggest a new day.
How we plan your day
- 1
You tell us what you want
When you come, how many you are and what interests you. A few lines are enough.
- 2
We send a suggestion
With a route, a time and a price, in writing.
- 3
We agree and set off
If all is well, we book the day and meet you at your hotel.
What our guests write
Our guests’ reviews on Google, word for word.
Márk knew exactly which bay was out of the wind. At the warm spring there was hardly another boat, and the children jumped off the ladder all afternoon. Lunch on Thirasia was the best meal of our trip.

We had seen the sunset in Oia before, in the crowd. From the boat it is different: quiet, a glass of wine, and Eszter explained why the cliffs have those colours. Our son has been reading about volcanoes ever since.

Two small wineries, and in both the owner poured for us. Eszter translated and showed us how the vines grow woven into baskets against the wind. There were eight of us and the minibus took us everywhere in comfort.

We walked the rim all the way from Fira to Oia, and Márk stopped at every chapel with a story. We set off at seven, so we arrived before the heat, and we had lunch together in Oia.

At Akrotiri, Eszter knew more than the signs. She also took us to Red Beach and told us in advance where to go down and where not to. A calm day with a lot in it.
Zsuzsa, SzegedAkrotiri and the south coast · April 2026
It was a windy day, so we only crossed to the volcano in the afternoon, but we had White Beach to ourselves. They had told us in advance what might change with the weather, so nothing surprised us.
