Which tour suits you?

Three quick questions and we show you the route we would suggest. It is how we start every conversation too.

Question 1 of 3

What would you like most?

One island, one caldera and the volcano

Santorini is the ring left after a great eruption. In the middle lie the two young islands of the volcano, to the west Thirasia. Choose a place and we show you what to expect.

  • Márk knew exactly which bay was out of the wind. At the warm spring there was hardly another boat, and the children jumped off the ladder all afternoon. Lunch on Thirasia was the best meal of our trip.

  • We had seen the sunset in Oia before, in the crowd. From the boat it is different: quiet, a glass of wine, and Eszter explained why the cliffs have those colours. Our son has been reading about volcanoes ever since.

  • Two small wineries, and in both the owner poured for us. Eszter translated and showed us how the vines grow woven into baskets against the wind. There were eight of us and the minibus took us everywhere in comfort.

Korfos harbour on Thirasia: tavernas by the water and fishing boats on turquoise water

We are Eszter and Márk, and we live on Santorini

We came to the island for one summer in 2014 and stayed. Eszter shows you the villages, the wine and the story of Akrotiri. Márk skippers the boat and knows the bays of the caldera.

We guide in Hungarian and in English. Besides the viewpoints, we take our guests to winemakers, fishing harbours and quiet paths.

Good to know before you come

What our guests ask most often: when to come, how to get to the island, and what to bring on the boat.

  • When should you come?

April to June and September to October: mild weather, fewer visitors.

  • How do you get here?

By plane, or by ferry from Athens; most hotels are twenty minutes from the port.

  • What to bring on the boat?

Dark swimwear, sun cream, a hat and a jumper for the evening.
